Which of these attributes do you look for most in a Free publishing program?

I love everyone's comments. If those in power would spend time with kids, spend time in the classroom for a month, a week, a day, they would see how much they are hurting education and not helping. Evaluations tied to salary and student achievement, really hurts the kids. All teachers want are the average kids. Those with IEPs get hurt, no one wants them in the classroom, and those gifted get hurt, no one wants them. Student's who can't show 1 yr growth due to disabilites and students who wont show 1 yr growth because they scored so high. What about them? Teacher's deserve more pay and help, not less.
